Entertainment Partners' Refund and Return Policy

You may return any software product within 30 days from date of receipt. A return authorization code from Entertainment Partners will be required for processing of all returns. Prior to contacting EP please deactivate your product, if already installed, according to the directions in the Installations and Release Notes, making sure to notate the deactivation code you receive at that time.
